Finance Director
Responsibilities:
* Finance Director who is able to direct the company’s daily financial activities, including the supervision of all funds and securities, daily bank deposits and accounting of receipts disbursements.
* Specific Responsibilities:
o Organize and control an accounting system which ensures accurate management of the company’s financial affairs.
o Provide top management with monthly financial and operating statements to allow review of the company’s financial status.
o Disburse all funds for payroll, operating and capital expenditures and all other major disbursements on behalf of company.
o Prepare and submit the annual corporate budget for the president’s review and approval.
o Supervise external auditing firm through tax preparations.
o Manage the company’s profit-sharing plans by determining investment policy and maintaining proper records of assets.
o Determine investment policy for and maintaining proper records of the assets and investments of the company’s profit sharing plans.
o Work closely with various department heads in meeting their budgetary restrictions.
Requirements:
* Advanced university degree in accounting / economics / finance
* CPA / equivalent professional certification
* Extensive (at least 8 -10 years) experience in financial / management / administrative field
* Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills
* Demonstrate strong analytical skill in financial and accounting
* Proficiency in written & spoken English
