The successful candidate(s) for Account Manager(s) will be based in Jakarta office and report to Sales and Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under direct supervision, offering IMS products and services within assigned accounts or territory to achieve assigned revenue goal
- Preparing and delivering analytics and proposals to clients
- Identify contract expansion opportunities within assigned account(s) and elevate for qualification and decision to pursue. May interface with marketing, market research and/or IT at the user level in existing and prospective client(s)
- Analyze client’s issue, identify client’s needs and offer the best customized solution
- Represent the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales related activities. Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and provide feedback to account team members on level of customer satisfaction. May participate in delivering deliverables
- Effectively manage renewal and subscriptions. May participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contract
- Effectively and proactively communicate with account team members and with other internal functional teams or individuals.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 1 - 3 years relevant experience
- Good command in English
- Good customer account management and servicing skills
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A team player and has the leadership capabilities
- Strong organizational skills, manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Good account development & planning/presentation skills
- Understand pharmaceutical marketplace & industry business challenges/opportunities
- Market research method/practice knowledge
- Posses a valid SIM A
