Estate Assistant Managers / Senior Assistant Managers (SAM)
Responsibilities:
* Candidate will assist the Estate Manager in all aspects of estate operation and management.
Requirements:
* A Diploma / Degree in Agriculture or those with very good SPM or STPM results and who have passed all the requirements for Incorporated Society of Planters membership.
* Minimum 5 - 6 years’ working experience oil palm plantations for Senior Assistant Manager Position and 3 - 4 years for Assistant Manager Position. However, fresh graduates with the relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
* Possess leadership qualities and able to work independently.
* Conversant with the use of personal computer is highly desirable.
* English writing and communication will be an added advantage.
* Willing to be based in Indonesia.
