Our company is an IT company specializing in Resource Management. As a subsidiary of INTIMEDIA, a well known and established Indonesia IT company are looking for qualified candidates, for the following positions:

 

*Senior Developer *

• At least 3 years experience in combining analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale systems (Object-Oriented and/or distributed component based, especially .NET)
• Full life-cycle development experience, preferably on large-scale applications
• Strong in logic and algorithm
• Experience with object oriented analysis/design & some knowledge and skills on Software Architecture
• Exposure to EAI technologies (MSMQ, BizTalk, XML Web Services)
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies (such as MSF, RUP and Agile Methodologies)
• Has good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (C#,VB.NET, ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are advantages)
• RDBMS knowledge and skill (MS SQL Server)
• Experience in a mentoring/coaching role
• Good leadership skills and experience in leading development teams

 

*Developer*

• 0 to 3 year of actual delivery experience on a software development project
• Strong in logic and algorithm
• Has good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (C#, VB.NET, ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are advantages)
• Has good knowledge of object oriented analysis/design
• RDBMS knowledge and skill (MS SQL Server is an advantage)

 

*System Analyst (SA)*

• At least 2 years experience as a System Analyst
• Strong knowledge and skill in specifying business requirements
• Strong knowledge and skill in modeling languages
• Deeply understands one of the modeling tools
• Have good knowledge in Information Technology, Analytical Technique, System Design, programming language (Java) and relational database (SQL Server, My SQL).
• Have good understanding in J2EE Technology, familiar with EJB 2.1, Struts framework, Hibernate, and JBoss
• Have good communication skill
• Have good analytical problem solving skill
• Good in English

 

*J2EE Developer (JD)*

• At least 1 year experience as a J2EE programmer
• Good knowledge and experience in J2EE (EJB 2.1, JSP, Servlet, Struts, Hibernate, JBoss)
• Experience in Java Frameworks such as Struts & Hibernate is an advantage
• Familiar with relational database (SQL Server, MySQL)
• Familiar with UML
• Have experience in Application Development Project
• Good analytical skill
• Good in English
