Wholesaler Internal Helpdesk Support (WSIHD)
(Jakarta Raya - Lippo Karawaci)

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound call request for application status from whole sales
• Achieve, maintain, and give the customer the best possible service
• Coordinate with other departments in handling application and providing service to customers
• Provide application status inquiries to all new accounts upon demand
• Maintain good customer relations
• Conduct all business process liaisons in a manner that coincides with the high ethical standards that the company maintains
• Maintain data management

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1), from any discipline
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Proficient in English, both writen and oral
• Good Logical and Analytical thinking
• Excellent Communication skill
• Strong personality with high level of energy and initiative
• Willing to work in Lippo Karawaci
